One-Time Clean
Do you need help sprucing up your home? Is work extra busy right now and you simply don’t have time to keep up? This is the budget-friendly option for you!
A one-time clean includes the following:

Basic straightening
Floors swept, mopped or vacuumed
All knick-knacks, mirrors, fixtures and chrome are dusted, cleaned and shined
Window sills and window ledges are wiped down
Dust all light fixtures, ceiling fans, lamps and lampshades
Dust baseboards
All wastebaskets are emptied

Linens are changed (if linen is left out for us)
Beds are made

Toilets, sinks, counters, tubs, and showers are thoroughly wiped down, cleaned and disinfected

Kitchen appliances and surfaces are wiped down, cleaned and disinfected.
We will wipe down, clean and disinfect your microwave inside and out
We will load your dishwasher (we do not wash dishes)
Move In/Out
Moving in to a new space and want a Fresco start? Are you selling your home or hoping to get your deposit back? This is the option for you.

Moving into your dream home or apartment? Let us give you a Fresco start with our move in service.

After you’ve moved out and emptied your space, we’ll take it from there and leave it clean.

For both move in and move out cleanings, the home must be free and empty of furniture.
Deep Clean

A Deep Clean includes the following:

Vacuum all the blinds, shutters and lower intake vents (in some cases a professional cleaner may be required)
Hand wipe, clean and disinfect all light fixtures, ceiling fans, lamps and lampshades
Hand wipe, clean and disinfect baseboards
Vacuum edges of carpet
Hand wipe, clean and disinfect all light switch plates
Hand wipe, clean and disinfect all the doors, cabinet fronts, door frames, trim and chair rails
All wastebaskets are emptied and cleaned

We begin with a deep clean to give your home a Fresco start, and perform standard cleanings at the frequency you’d like.

Make a plan for our entrance:
If you won’t be at home, let us know where you’ll leave a key, or we’ll pick up a key prior to the cleaning and keep it in a safe, locked place.
We prefer an emptier home to work effectively and without many distractions, so it helps to schedule for a time when fewer people will be home!
Make a plan for your friendly furry family:
Will they play in the backyard while we clean? Be put into their kennels? Will they be left out to give us a hand? Whatever the case we want to make sure our professionals and your furry family are comfortable during our clean. Safety is always a priority.
